This floor-sweeping skirt is made of soft, drapey, spearmint chiffon. It combines four layers of large flared panels of fabric that altogether fall from a narrow waistband, lending the garment a dynamic look. The skirt fastens with an invisible zipper to the center back. It is left unlined and with an unfinished hemline.
