PLEATED BURGUNDY JACKET
This cape-like coat is made of a fabric blend containing virgin wool and linen, in burgundy with multicolor flecks throughout.
Its design features a play on proportion, the collar sits flat against the front neck while the large notched lapel also lies flat and unfolded, creating the opening to the unfastened coat. Volume is distributed throughout with a series of pleats on each side of the front and a flared panel on the middle back. The coat has elbow-length sleeves which provide a softness to counter the volume and bulk at the pleated shoulders. It’s lined for comfort and is finished neatly with folded-edge hems.
