We offer gift cards in set amounts here, available to be used online only. Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
Gift cards are issued in AED however can be used in either currency for redemption.
Please note, LARAKHOURY gift cards cannot be used to pay for service deposits, this includes but is not limited to the LARAKHOURY ready to wear collections. However, they may be used to process the payment balance at the time of your appointment in-store.
We archive product styles seasonally to make room for new collections, unfortunately archived styles are no longer able to purchase.
We ship Lebanese orders via our local partner Wakilni, and international orders via DHL Express.

Once your purchase is confirmed, expect a confirmation email within minutes, including the summary of your order along with your shipping details. It takes 1 to 2 working days for our team to gather your order and prepare it for dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a detailed email with a tracking number wich will estimate the delivery date of your package.
For local deliveries, expect 1 to 2 working day, while international shipments and customs processing times should take an average of 5 to 15 working days, depending on your location in the world.
Unfortunately not, as our LARAKHOURY offices are not open to the public and our stock is stored in dedicated warehouses between Lebanon and the UAE.

Our product prices exclude VAT because our company has recently joined the Emirati system and is not currently subject to VAT.
Regarding customs duties, please be aware that if you are outside Lebanon, you may be responsible for paying them upon receiving your package, depending on your location and your country's regulations. Customs fees typically range from 5% to 20% of the total invoice value.
Currently, our shipments are dispatched from our dedicated warehouses in Lebanon. However, we are actively enhancing the customer experience and exploring options to store our products in the UAE in the near future.
To ensure the longevity of your LK pieces, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment's label. Typically, delicate items should be hand washed in cold water or dry cleaned, while sturdier pieces may be machine washed on a gentle cycle. On a seperate note, unfinished edges are a signature of our designs, reflecting the essence of embracing imperfections. So if you notice a stray thread, don’t be afraid to cut it. This garment is designed to evolve with you, and trimming a loose thread wont hinder its beauty or craftsmanship.
Products purchased from our online stores may be returned for a credit if returned unworn, in saleable condition within 14 days of dispatch date. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
