- Eligibility to Purchase
In order to make purchases on the Website you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested Personal Information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Website is available only to individuals and others who meet the LARAKHOURY terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to LARAKHOURY, whose applications are acceptable to LARAKHOURY and who have authorized LARAKHOURY to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Products purchased by the Client are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. In addition, LARAKHOURY reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one Client or postal address. By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where LARAKHOURY feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain personal Information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

- International Duties and Taxes
International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout. Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. On the checkout page, you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used. Please note that the price charged is determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
We currently accept payment by Visa, Amex and MasterCard.
If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
- Order Confirmation
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order, labeled ORDER PLACED. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order occurs when we email you with the confirmation of your order, labeled ORDER CONFIRMATION. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of LARAKHOURY. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Website whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. While every effort is made to make sure details on our Website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
- Order Status
You can verify the status of your order at any time from your LARAKHOURY account, under Order. Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A ‘Processing’ status means that your order has not yet been shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
- Order changes and cancellations
You can request an order change or cancellation by getting in contact with the LK team via email at email@example.com. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.
Sizes are listed on our Website according to what’s available in our stock. Simply click on the ‘Select Size’ menu to view all available sizes. We understand that picking a size can be difficult sometimes, which is why you can find our size conversion chart by clicking on the ‘Style Guide’ tab on the product page. If you are still unsure about a product’s size, please contact our Customer Care team so that we can assist you further. If detailed measurements are not already available online, we can email you the information within one business day.
- Promotional Codes
LARAKHOURY gives away promotional codes in particular occasions. Those promotional codes are to be added before checking out, for the promotion to apply.
- Shipping & Handling
You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, and (b) we deliver the goods to you. LARAKHOURY insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by LARAKHOURY, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.
DHL can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, you can update your preference on the shipping page at checkout before proceeding to purchase. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our Terms and, confirm that LARAKHOURY can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. On occasion, DHL may refuse to deliver your order if they are of the opinion that the shipping address is considered to be unsafe.
- i) Shipping fees and delivery times LARAKHOURY ships exclusively with DHL worldwide. All purchases above 250$ are free worldwide. For purchases under 250$, shipment fees will be applied according to the order weight and your shipping address. Once the shipment is dispatched, the LK team will forward you the tracking number of your order. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested. All available items for sale on larakhoury.com are either determined as a Ready in Stock piece, or a Made to Order piece. The Ready in Stock items will be dispatched in 2 working days, the time for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. The Made to Order items will be dispatched in 5 working days, the time to reproduce the piece and in the particular preference of the Client. Exact shipping options and transit times will be provided at checkout. If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable or responsible for delays caused by the event.
- ii) Missing tracking information Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Care team so that we can assist you further.
iii) Returned to sender packages If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to LARAKHOURY by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
- iv) How to find a delivered package? If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it yet, we suggest taking the following steps. 1. Other than yourself, who could have received the package? Do you live with family or roommates? Do you have neighbors or a doorman? Please ask them if they received the package. 2. Do you have a back or side door? Maybe you have a mailbox, mail room, or receiving office? If so, the package may be there. 3. Do you know your mail man or woman? If so, please ask them to confirm when and where the package was delivered. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact our Customer Care team so that we can assist you further.
- Returns Policy
All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply send a mail to the LK team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Once you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team, you will have 20 days to send back the order. If the order is sent back past this time frame, the merchandise returned may be rejected and sent back to the customer at his own cost and at the discretion of LARAKHOURY. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at his own cost and at the discretion of LARAKHOURY. Where provided, belts and any packaging such as dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the LARAKHOURY warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. The return authorization number, given to you by the LK team once the return is authorized, must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. We strongly advise you to work with certified courier companies such as DHL, FedEX or TNT. Any returns received without a return authorization number, that do not comply with the above, or that for any other reason LARAKHOURY deems unacceptable may be denied at the discretion of LARAKHOURY.
